In a ceremony held at the headquarters of the Ibero-American Secretariat General SEGIB, held on Tuesday, 15th November 2011, the Iberoamercian Guarantee Network REGAR received the credentials of an Iberoamerican Network American Network recognized by the Iberoamerican Conference of Heads of State and Government at its last summit in Paraguay. It was registered under the number RRI/002 of the Iberoamerican Network of the Ibero-American Secretariat General SEGIB
